How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Comicbishop Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Comicbishop Plumbing went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Hearing about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Comicbishop Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@comicbishop.world and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
